A formal therapeutic relationship is established only after completion of an intake session and receipt of signed consent documentation.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
